About Jasmine
At over 60 years old, Jasmine Leskien lifts not only weights, but also boundaries. What began as a personal journey toward better health has led her to become a national team athlete in Functional Fitness.
As part of Team Germany, she aims to represent her country at the 2025 iF3 Masters World Championship in Brisbane.
Jasmine embodies determination, strength, and joy for life – regardless of age.
Her goal: to show that functional fitness knows no age limit.
With every training session, she inspires others to start anew – whether at 30, 50, or 70.
